These sessions support Burnout, Overwhelm, Grief, and Pain due to blockages in the energetic system; especially during mid-journey and/or any significant transitions. The focus is on your Divine Blueprint and uses Polarity Therapy, Flower Essences and other therapeutic modalities to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, energetic balance, clarity and restoration. This is mostly a Passive Session. I guarantee that you will feel heard, be clearer in mind and energy centers and be connected to your body, heart and wisdom.

Blending Swedish massage with a variety of therapeutic modalities that focus on head, neck, back pain due to Burnout, Stress and Anxiety; addressing your nervous system and integrating any area you’d like addressed. My focus is burnout recovery during midlife and/or any significant transition. I will hold space and support your body, as healthy changes are made to the muscles, energetic and nervous system. This is a somewhat Passive Session. *I will slowly be integrating the Diamond Active Massage™ work into sessions. I guarantee that you will feel heard, be clearer in mind and energy centers and be connected to your body, heart and wisdom. *If time allows FOR YOUR INITIAL SESSION, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out New Client forms and an intake prior to getting on the table.
