30–45-minute sessions that focus on one or two areas of the body using Diamond Activated Massage. These sessions are active and not passive. This means that we will work in collaboration together – you will be guided to move areas of the body with certain movements to improve your pain and stress levels. Flower essences may be used in these sessions as well as fascia tools and gua sha. There is ample intake prior to getting on the table and reflection time after the session.
